ONA Membership Dues
Membership to the association is $20 per house, annually. At this time, dues are voluntary and households are not obligated to pay, but are asked to do their part to keep the neighborhood a vibrant, safe, caring place to live. Thank you to all who contribute each year.
Oakdale Neighborhood Association’s dues are among the lowest in the city, and every effort is made to keep them at very affordable level. However, the ONA officers and paid membership may periodically reevaluate dues to make sure they are adequate for the needs of the neighborhood. These needs include, but are not limited to:
- Maintenance and beautification of common areas, including entry pillars
- Postage and printing for the Oakdale Neighborhood Newsletter
- Neighborhood events and communication tools to foster a sense of community
- Neighborhood fund raisers, including the Historic Home Tour and Annual Christmas Tree Sale
